International Space Station Is Over 100,000th Orbit After 18 Years of Circling Earth

The denser outer skin of the fish collapses in on the lighter meat and forms a black hole at the center. The black hole consumes the surrounding fish meat and then turns into super massive black hole.Fish can vary widely in size, obviously, so I'm gonna see if I have something in my freezer and base my measurements off of that.

The orbital speed for low earth orbit is something like 7.8 km\s (~17500 mph for you imperial lot).Think of it this way: The ISS goes in a cirlcle around the earth. It has to go so fast that the centripetal force cancels out earths gravity. Since its a really huge circle it has to go really fast.Thats why going to space is so hard. Going up isnt the problem, you have to go sideways really damn fast to stay up.

If you do 10k steps a day, it'll take you 1,504,438.36 years to complete. So basically, you'll never be able to visualize those measurements because you'd be dead.By the way, he should have written "100,000 orbits around the planet is equal to...", NOT 10,000. The article, and the accompanying video, are talking about 100,000 orbits. The video even says that 100,000 orbits is the same as.....as the same thing his error states.
So looking back at all the things that had to be flown to it from Earth during that time, other than original parts of the station itself, what would they have had to pack for supplies and replacement parts to be self-sufficient all that time? What have we learned about spacecraft that have to last a long time?My commute to work is about 15 miles round trip. So it would be my daily commute, every week day (Monday-Friday), for about 667,000 years. Put another way, if I assume a career is about 40 years before retirement, the distance would be the same as about 16,700 of me commuting every day of my career.

Well, if I'm understanding this, Hue is a brand of "Smart" lights made by I think Phillips. They connect to your home wifi and you can control their color and brightness with your smartphone. Pretty cool product. Anyway, what this guy is saying is that you can set them to flash when the ISS is over your location.
